Hi Tracy, Just wanted to drop a line to you and Courteney and thank you both for a job well done. Thank you, too, for keeping in touch and keeping us advised as steps progressed. It is a very stressful issue; we were not brought up with this as one of our values. It was a very difficult decision to make and continued to be during all the paperwork. Reg and I are soooo very thankful for you and the Team’s handling of all the sheets and sheets and letters and letters we received from our mortgage company. It was very intimidating. Knowing we had the team to help explain was a relief for both of us and a comfort that the “threatening type words” in those letters were standard procedure and that you and the team addressed them for us.

I can tell you that when you first came over my husband and I were nervous recks. I had explained my situation with battling cancer, a lawsuit and then the foreclosure. The bank made us go through 5 loan mod turn downs before they would let us do anything else and i was just at wits end. I felt like after our first meeting we could breathe again and it seems like you and your group took the reins and ran with it. Even with our move out of state I felt like we were in good hands. Hi Tracy, sorry took awhile to get this to you. I can’t tell you how much stress we were under once the house went into foreclosure. All the mail, phone calls, and it made it more confusing because it seemed like there were alot of “what ifs” and people telling us they could help. I called you and we felt really good about how honest you were. You and your team took the time to answer every single question we had and what was best was the quickness everything got done. I get that Desert schools isn’t easy to work with because I had been dealing with them and Ocwen for months on my own. The fact that now we don’t owe any money and no taxes and they can’t come after us for anything is, like you said, a miracel.
